The LDG membership is required to cover ALL days that the gallery is open. That is approximately 250+ days a year and with the current membership your obligation is approximately 7 days a year. We schedule in two month blocks.

There are two parts to this page. The calendar, which you can see below, cannot be directly edited. It generally defaults to the current month; if you wish to see what upcoming days are open you will need to click ahead.

The second part is the Scheduler which you access by clicking the link below. This shows you the next block of dates that need to be filled. It displays the days in seven day groups and you navigate through the scheduling period by clicking the left “<” or right “>” arrows (Be patient, it sometimes takes a few seconds). Available days are BLUE, unavailable days are Xed out. Just click on a Blue day and follow the prompts. You MUST enter your name and valid email address. Once you have completed the process you will receive an email (assuming you entered a valid email address) confirming your date. You will also receive a reminder a day or two before your sitting date.
